For the past twenty-plus years, I’ve been turning my thoughts into words across the page. I’ve published thousands of articles, essays and columns and written two memoirs.
Journalling every single day is one of the most wonderful things you can do for your health, your heart, your writing, to ease anxiety and to script the direction of your life!
I want to share with you the techniques that help me pour thoughts down onto the page without fear, blocks or confusion. These techniques have also helped me craft two book-length memoirs from material I used in my journals, and MOST IMPORTANTLY to feel good in the process!
