Refund Policy
There is a strict no-refund policy for all programmes and offers purchased.
Why?
Two reasons.
First, I’m not selling socks.
I sell programs, courses trainings, created from over 20 years of my knowledge, experience and time. These also come with hours of hands-on help, time and energy, not to mention the various software tools used to deliver these to you in an accessible and seamless manner.
And none of these things can be returned.
Secondly, because I know from personal experience how easy it can be to second-guess yourself and your instincts.
And because learning and self-growth is quite intangible (at least, at first), you can doubt the investment without a 3D result in your hand.
How easy it is to say, “Oh, no, I don’t really need this”, “I should save money and just keep trying to figure it out myself” or “Oops! Changed my mind!”.
Susan Hyatt says it best, “When you buy a ticket to a music concert, and then decide you don’t feel like going, or it’s too far to drive, or you can’t find a babysitter, or whatever… what happens? You don’t go. You stay home. You miss out.”
Are you going to write an email to Beyoncé and ask for a refund? Of course not.
I believe you should always treat other business women and creatives how you would like to be treated.
Respect your own time and energy. Respect mine.
And commit to the decision you made, to invest in yourself and your career. We are far more likely to do the work when we make an investment.
I am proud of the value and quality of my educational tools and resources. I’ve poured my heart and soul into making them as powerful as possible to get you where you want to go with your writing.
But at the end of the day, the results you get are always going to be up to you.
